About Tumblr
Several months ago, i firstly tried tumblr, i was totally expressed by the “Simple” style, What a beautiful and elegant service! It’s very geeked… especially for the Technical people such as me. At the first glimpse, I got another gtalk, or a gtalk style blogger, exactly.
This service is great also because it can be bound to your own domain name. Google blogger also provides this feature, unfortunately, this feature is unavailable in China, as it’s blocked by the Communists,DAMN it. I just hope tumblr would not face the same result.
Tumblr is good, however, i think it will be better if some modules are provided, such as Comments, Link lists(or friend lists). Network services should be socialized, if I can only speak with myself, what is the motivation for users to generate contents? People are lonely, particularly technology geeks, Internet contents should not be standalone content spots. Data need to be organized, information needs to be grouped, and people need to be connected.
